The common room can be rented for private, closed, non-commercial events all year round. It is located in the basement of the Common House (Finlandsgade 16C).
The common room was built in 2006 and consists of one large conference room, one kitchen, one bar and two toilets (one being a handicap toilet).
The common room can be booked through the rental calendar.

- Discotheque lights and bar lighting
- Standard kitchen items for 40 people as well as some common kitchen equipment
